RotoCarpet
will professionally clean your carpet with a revolutionary new
carpet cleaning system utilizing new Rotovac carpet cleaning
technology. Up until now, carpet cleaning utilized a hot water
steam cleaning process that has been label the best cleaning
process available in the industry and performs well by injecting
hot steam through your carpet while simultaneously extracting
the dirt and excess water created by the steam using 100 psi
vacuum extraction.
The Rotovac system utilizes these same hot steam and simultaneous extraction methodology while incorporating and reverse rotational scrubbing sequence that allows a multi-direction cleaning pattern the is 4 to 8 times more thorough and effective than the traditional wand and push/pull method used up until this time.
If you find that no matter how much you vacuum, your carpet still does not look like it used to, it may be time for deep cleaning. While there are do-it-yourself cleaning methods on the market, hiring a professional is the safest, fastest and easiest option. To keep your carpet at peak performance, CRI recommends professionally deep cleaning your carpet every 12 to 18 months. (Be sure to check your carpet warranty for particular requirements.)
To keep your carpet clean, it is important to clean up spills as they happen. Blot up the spill immediately using clean, white paper towels or a regular towel. Do not rub as this will force the spill deeper into the carpet. According to *"Mary Ellen's Giant Book of Helpful Hints" there are several ways to clean spills that have turned into stains. 1)for fresh stains, use plain club soda. Pour a bit on the spot (don't soak it), let it foam and sizzle and let set for a few seconds. Sponge up thoroughly. 2)for older stains, combine 2 tablespoons detergent, 3 tablespoons vinegar, and one quart warm water. Work into stain and blot dry. 3) Using shaving cream, let it foam on the carpet and then rinse with a damp cloth. Blot dry. After any one of these methods, cover the spot with a clean towel or paper towels and place a heavy item such as a book on top of it. When the towel becomes damp, replace it with a dry one.
The most effective method for heavily soiled carpets is to have them professionally cleaned. Remember that your carpet is actually the air quality filter for your entire home trapping most of the dust, pollen, and other pollutants that pass through your home either via feet or airborne. By not cleaning your carpets the recommended 12 to 18 months you risk health and sanitation issues ever time you walk on your carpets.
Here's
how it works:
The Rotovac employs a patented process of Rotary Jet Extraction cleaning. Each stainless steel cleaning head has three spray jets followed by three vacuum slots. Dual high torque gear motors power the heads in a counter-rotating motion at 250 RPM to produce 1500 rotary cleaning passed per minute.
The patented dome-shaped design of the cleaning heads completely encapsulates the spray jets and vacuum slots to create a "steam chamber" effect in the cleaning zone with minimal heat loss. This powerful combination of contained heat, agitation and multiple flushing action creates cleaning dynamics that cannot be equaled with a manual wand.

Most people only notice the condition of their tile, stone and other hard surfaces when they become visibly soiled. But by the time it's finally noticeable, layer upon layer of stains, bacteria, and mineral deposits will have built-up into a mess you can't clean on your own. We can help restore your tile and grout to its original luster.
Dryer vent cleaning improves the safety and efficiency of your dryer installation. As dryer vents become filled with lint and other debris, drying time increases and can cause the dryer itself to overheat. This increases energy consumption since the dryer has to run longer to dry your clothes and can also cause fires in the dryer or the dryer duct. The Consumer Product Safety Commission reports dryer related home fires are on the increase. CPSC figures show that in 1997 there were 16,800 dryer fires which caused 30 deaths, 430 injuries and 97.3 million dollars in property damage.
If you have noticed that your dryer is running longer than it used to you may need to have the dryer vent cleaned. Some dryer vents are relatively short and straight and can be cleaned easily by the homeowner, but others aren’t that easy and may require the use of special tools and equipment. We have tools specifically designed to clean dryer vents and with these tools we are able to do a thorough job of cleaning even the most difficult installations. While dryer vents are routinely blocked with lint, animal nesting is also another frequent cause of dryer vent blockage and our equipment allows us to remove these blockages as well.
Another problem created by blocked dryer vents serving gas dryers is the possibility of carbon monoxide seepage into your home. If the dryer is not exhausting properly to the outdoors, CO can back up into the home.
